Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be included
• Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
• Return process must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@aimbow.com with your order number
2. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions
3. Ship items to our designated return center
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

• Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return
• You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Exchanges

For size or product exchanges:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• We'll help you select the right product
• Standard return policies apply

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Used arrows or broadheads
• Opened consumables (wax, string material)
• Personalized/custom items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us immediately at info@aimbow.com
• Include photos of the item and packaging
• We'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost
