One-Year Protection Promise

Every AIMBOW product is backed by our 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty begins on the original date of purchase.

What's Covered

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Manufacturing flaws
  • Functional failures under normal use conditions

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Damage from improper maintenance or storage
  • Consumable parts (strings, cables, grips)
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us at info@aimbow.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos/video of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Our process:

  • Our team will review within 2 business days
  • If approved, we'll provide a return authorization
  • Ship the item to our service center (we cover shipping costs for warranty claims)
  • We'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to original purchaser
  • Warranty service may require product inspection
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by state
  • Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty

Out-of-Warranty Service

For issues beyond the 1-year period or not covered by warranty:

  • We still offer repair services (fees may apply)
  • Contact us for a quote and options
  • Many parts are available for purchase separately
